I have a mind that loves to create. I hear a song and my mind runs off on a journey to create a dance ensemble or screen play to accompany the song. However, video production is something I have only dabbled in by making picture slideshows. Recently, I discovered TikTok and love how easy it is to combine video, visual effects and sound to create powerful short communications to the world. I have many dreams of how I will use TikTok but for now it is my soul’s playground.

While you watch, I invite you to meditate upon the words of the song Compass taken from the album Spiritual Seeking by Barbara Paul and Joe Bull. I was introduced to their music at the Vedanta Centre in Cohasset, Massachusetts. I turn to this song in times of trouble because it deeply moves me and reminds me to always hold fast to my internal compass… God within.
